1. Service Description

StatementCSV ("the Service") is a web-based tool that converts bank statement files into CSV format. The Service is operated by StatementCSV.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to convert your own bank statements or statements you are authorised to process. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process documents you do not have permission to access.

3. Payments

Single exports are charged as one-time payments. Subscription plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

If the Service fails to accurately convert your statement, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

5. Data Handling

Uploaded files are processed in memory and are not stored permanently. We do not retain your financial data after conversion is complete. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

6. Accuracy

The Service extracts transaction data on a best-effort basis. We recommend reviewing your exported CSV for accuracy before using it in accounting or financial workflows. StatementCSV is not liable for errors in extracted data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StatementCSV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
